Noise levels were a real issue, especially from the pub and traffic!!! Small bathrooms detracted from comfort, making it hard for larger guests to maneuver. Maintenance is needed for dated room features!!!

the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the lady who checked us in. i appreciated her apology for the bedding situation and the drink offer. the location was interesting, right above a pub which was nice too. the bar area had a great rustic vibe and i loved the real ales they had. breakfast was decent, and they had some nice touches like tea and biscuits in the room.

the room i stayed in was pretty dirty and i had to ask for clean bedding. the shower was awful and the whole place needs a major upgrade.

The accommodation was modern and clean, with daily room service maintaining high standards. Enjoyed homemade meals, highlighting the delicious Manchego ratatouille, served hot and well-presented. the bedding was not freshly laundered, and the condition of the common areas could benefit from a makeover.

The evening meal and breakfast were fantastic! Loved the beer selection too. they have their own brews which are excellent.

The pub had a charming atmosphere and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. the rooms above the pub were a bit noisy, and the steep staircase might be challenging for some. a pleasant stop with good food and service.

This place suits me perfectly! Great free wi-fi, a lovely restaurant, and a flat-screen TV in the room. I still remember the staff helping me find my lost earring during my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy experience. Coming back for Easter!
